For many years now my husband and his family have always traveled to a tree farm in the Santa Cruz Mountains to find THE perfect tree, to chop it down and bring home to decorate. They still do this and we will be continuing this tradition with our kids too. Every year its different it could be raining, windy or the sun can be shining brightly! For sure we will all find THE tree, have a wonderful after Thanksgiving lunch and then head home to put up THE tree and decorate.
but they end up stealing your hearts! Kids - they do that.
She loves oatmeal and is starting to like green beans. She loves to see the spoon come out of the drawer and gets so excited as it comes close to her mouth.
Friends of our have children who grew out of the wagon and they passed it on to us. Bobby just loves it. This is the first day he saw it and asked to eat his lunch inside the house, inside his wagon.
Bobby loves to watch Sherman shave and recently has wanted in on the fun. Sherman is so patient.
Recently we needed a tree removed and I thought this would be a great opportunity for Bobby to check out. We saw a backhoe and a dump truck. The young man running the backhoe said that Bobby was a reminder of how he was awe struck as a kid with machinery. He asked if Bobby would like to climb on the tractor and Bobby said "I drive it!" Cute... I know.
My aunt Teri and cousin Ashleigh stopped by to visit. We had a wonderful time with them. We went to the park, the pet store and out to eat. Thank you for visiting and for all the toys!

I just want to wish my mom a wonderful birthday. She is an amazing mom. We had a good time celebrating with two of my brothers, Vanessa and Jim and Nicci. We love you mom.
Bobby always wants to go to work just like Daddy. So he moved Daddy's bag and all of the items in it out and climbed in. He then said to his Daddy "I go work with Daddy, please?"
Bobby received a tricycle from our wonderful neighbors for his birthday. Grandpa was so kind to put it together for us and as you can see Bobby wanted to help.
Bobby had a wonderful day. He blew out both of the candles on the first try!
We will be celebrating Bobby's 2nd birthday a day early tomorrow with family. This IS my attempt at being creative. I know he will enjoy it. Happy Birthday, your Daddy and Mamma LOVE you. (please forgive the background... I am still learning how to crop pictures ;-)
